OUR EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCESS:

Prepare every surface before painting.

Pressure wash all surfaces, removing oxidation, dust and dirt.

Pull rocks from the base of the stem wall, making sure that the paint will cover all visible stem wall.

Scrape & wire brush any loose paint to ensure a clean surface.

Repair damaged stucco areas, and caulk stucco cracks.

Paint prime coat over raw wood, repaired drywall, repaired stucco and caulked cracks.

Mask and cover all windows, doors, light fixtures with clean, accurate lines.

Paint a concrete primer over raw concrete.

Cover every surface with a full, 2 coat, saturation of paint to ensure that the finished color is even and beautiful, protecting your exterior for 5-10 years, depending on chosen paint quality.

Remove masking, paper and plastic, leaving your home with another beautiful, fine finish.
